FLEX was initiated by a group of young professionals who are committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting the development of others. The organisation is set up to work with a wide range of people from various backgrounds helping them to develop key life skills that will enhance their performance in their chosen field of endeavour and encourage them to be more enterprising, through empowerment, education, and counselling among others.
The first group of people we work with are professionals who are experiencing stagnation in their career and need support to take the step up the career ladder or those who need to make a career change. We equip and support you to make that all important career decision.
